Production & Remodeling Crew Members
Location: Dayton / Springfield Area
Dream Big Contracting LLC is currently hiring skilled production workers and remodeling contractors to join our growing team. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their craft and want steady, long-term work.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in residential remodeling
Skills in one or more of the following:
Framing
Drywall
Flooring
Light electrical
Light plumbing
5+ years of experience preferred (minimum 1 year required)
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to work as part of a team
